Help and support

QuickISO is developed and run by Axperts Dariusz Zalewski in Szczecin, Poland.

The mobile app and the web application at eu.quickiso.app share one account, so everything on this page applies to both.

Write to us

[email protected]

Write from the address of your QuickISO account and tell us which workspace and which screen your question is about. We answer in English or Polish.

Never send us your password, a code from your authenticator app or a recovery code. Nobody at QuickISO will ask for them.

A request about your personal data, such as a copy, a correction or an erasure, is answered within one month, as the privacy policy says.

Do it yourself

Most things need no message at all.

Owners of a workspace can export all of its content, with its evidence files, from the workspace settings.

Lost the phone with your authenticator app?

  1. Sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved when you set the app up. Each code works once.
  2. Then replace the authenticator app in Account, Security, so the next sign in needs no recovery code.
  3. If you have no recovery code left, write to us from the address of the account. Before anything changes we confirm that the request is really yours through a channel we already know, usually with an owner of your organization, so this takes longer than an email.

About QuickISO

QuickISO helps an organization build and run an information security management system based on ISO/IEC 27001 and prepare for an audit by an independent certification body. It does not issue certificates and does not promise the result of an audit.

The mobile app needs an iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
